IAll orders that are accepted are with the assumption you have read, understood and agreed with the following shop policies and terms. Please note that any orders with the depiction any of the following will be denied: racism, sexism, explicit violence, transphobia, homophobia, queerphobia, militant imagery and any other imagery deemed offensive to the common man with tolerance for every walk of life.

IMPORTANT: Any order that must be recreated due to the client's failure to provide correct measurements will be charged half the price of the original gear plus shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How Do I Order Gear?
To ensure that your order is received for consideration please use the Order Form.

I Live Outside the U.S., Can I Order Gear From You?
Yes, but keep in mind that all international orders needed by a certain date need to be placed at least two months in advance to allow for both adequate time for production and shipping.

Will You Guarantee Delivery Dates and Do You Offer Rush Shipping?
Standard orders are not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. To guarantee your order will reach you by a certain date that does not fall within the typical standard shipping time, an additional $65 can be paid for a domestic order and $85 for international.

Domestic rush orders will be charged an additional $100 and International orders will be charged an additional $125 respectively.

How Long Does It Take To Receive Gear?
In general please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks to receive your gear though this can be longer due to high traffic of orders. Single items take a shorter time to design than multi-item orders. Please keep in mind that life happenings can change this at any time

Rush/Priority Orders take less than 3 weeks.

*It takes at least 1 week for fabrics to be purchased or ordered for any given order and this week is not included in wait time.

When Should I Order My Gear?
The sooner the better. If you want to ensure your gear arrives on time via guaranteed delivery please order at least 6-8 weeks in advance .

*For consideration please place your order 1 extra week ahead to give time for the designer to respond and confirm your order.

If I Place My Gear Order in (x) Month Will I Get It Next Month?
No. The only time gear will arrive the following month is if there are not items scheduled ahead of yours and you pay rush shipping. Typically if you place an order it will be scheduled until 6 weeks out and that is only after you have agreed upon a design and paid a deposit or the full price. If you aren't sure where your order will fit, please ask.

When Should I Send Measurements?
Ideally, when you are sent the specific measurements that are needed they should be filled out and sent back within a week. Please note that the longer it takes to get your measurements the longer it takes the gear to be created as fabrics cannot be purchased before knowing your measurements. If a date has been agreed upon and you have yet to send your measurements in a timely manner to allow enough time for the order to be completed, you will forfeit that date and your gear will either be refunded or completed at the designer's discretion.

Do You Take Deposits?
All Domestic orders under $250 will need to be paid in full especially if you are a first time client.  Due to currency exchange rates, this does not apply to International shipping and is at the designers discretion.

Orders will NOT be started and preferred shipping will NOT be upheld without initial payments. All deposits are non-refundable in the case the client cancels order or has order canceled due to lack of communication or being difficult to work with.

What Is a Potential Order?
Any order that has received a quote is considered a potential order. Do note that receiving a quote or illustration does not make your order finalized regardless of correspondence about possible work.

What Makes an Order Finalized For Scheduling?
Orders will only be considered agreed upon and put up for scheduling when and only when the illustration/fabrics have been agreed upon and a deposit or the full amount of the order is paid.

I See Bookings Are Closed. Can I Still Send a Deposit?
No. If bookings are closed it is done with reason. Any potential orders that were not sent an invoiced will not be picked up.

Can I Just Send You a Payment Whenever I Have the Money?
Please do not send payment without having an invoice sent to you prior. Too many people have done this and consequently sent payment to the wrong address. If you do this your order will be cancelled.

What Do I Need to Know About Gear Illustrations?
All illustrations are purchased in full at time of order and are non refundable. These can take anywhere between a few hours to a week to be created and sent to the client. All gear illustrations are the sole creation of the designer. These illustrations should not be taken to another shop/designer/seamstress
without the permission of designer Dani Gosha. In the case that the designer creates gear illustration for a client and knows they will not have the time to create it, they will give you written permission to take the work to another available source upon the illustration being agreed upon.

What Happens If My Gear Doesn't Fit?
In the rare case your gear does not fit it is more often than not that you have given the wrong measurements. If you are unsure of how to measure yourself properly please find assistance via a tailor, someone you trust to measure you properly or follow a YouTube video. It is NOT the designer's responsibility to guess or correct your measurements should they appear wrong. By agreeing to the terms you agree that you will not hold the designer responsible should it turn out you gave the wrong the measurements whether it was because you did not measure yourself correctly or guessed your size off of a weight loss/gain goal or previous gear.

How Do I Return My Gear For Corrections?
Any items that need to be returned for repair or corrections due to the client sending incorrect measurements or having worked out during the time of items being paid hence affecting the fit, the client will be required to pay shipping as well as a correction fee. Note that returns and corrections will not be made unless the designer approves and is up to the designer’s discretion whether or not they make the changes. Corrections fee is determined by the nature of corrections needed. In the case an outfit has to be completely remade, you will be charged half of your original fee. Any errors in gear need to be communicated within 7 days of receiving the gear or you will forfeit any priority.

I Need to Change Something, Will There Be A Fee?
Any changes that are requested in the middle of production will incur an inconvenience fee which must be paid before the item is finished. Please note, changes may delay your order.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
In any case that an order is placed yet not processed and the customer stops communication, after five days the designer may cancel the order without notification and any information associated with the order may be deleted. Orders are not held. Orders may also be canceled  or altered at any time and and for any reason the discretion of the designer which includes external conflicts called life. If cancellation happens while order is in process you will receive a full refund of your payment unless fabrics have already been ordered. In such case you will be refunded the difference. If your order was held via a deposit, your final payment will reflect a discount from the original price in the case there was a necessary alteration i.e. an item not being added to a multi-piece set

If you discussed with the designer for an order to take place during a certain month and it does not get done during that time because you failed to pay, send in measurements, you decided you'll get it another time, etc; your order does not move to the following month or when YOU want it done. When you are scheduled, you are scheduled with consideration of the designer's time and her other clients. Once you fail to meet requirements during your window, you lose your spot indefinitely and the request is voided.

Is It OK I Give You Credit On Social Media?

Yes absolutely! If you post yourself in your gear you can simply promote the site www.danigosha.com or @brujadora on Instagram

How Do Invoices Work?
Invoices will only be issued once your item is to be started on you. You will not be charged until then. Note your order is not guaranteed until payment is received. Invoices will be issued in either part or full which will be discussed at the time of order placement. If issued by part, the second half of your payment must be paid before item is shipped. Delay in payment will cause your order to be withheld. Invoices that are not paid within 5 days of issuance will lose their spot and will not be picked up until an availability opens.

Can I Get Refund?
Because all gear is custom made and cannot be restocked or sold, refunds will not be issued on account a client is not happy with their item. Gear prices are based on the designers time, shipping and cost of purchasing materials; all which cannot be recouped once fabric is cut and gear, created and shipped. Refunds will only be issued if a life event arises in which the designer is no longer able to finish your order. Orders that are lost in the mail or delayed due to the postal carrier’s negligence is at no fault of the designer.

Will I Be Told How to Maintain My Gear?
It is not the designer’s responsibility to tell you how to maintain your gear. Most items are spandex, if they are anything else you will be notified at the time fabrics are picked. It is the client’s job to do the research themselves.
Note, just like with any other clothing (silk, cotton, whites, darks) not all spandex fabrics can be laundered the same, especially those of shiny and holographic finishes. Please be mindful of this as well as washing certain colors in the wrong water temperature.
Any and all damages to gear do to laundering by the client is no reflection on the designer and her sewing abilities.

Can I Get Weekly Updates?
NO. Weekly updates will NOT be given under any circumstances so do not ask. You will be notified when your gear will be started and if any changes occur.

My Gear Has Been Shipped So When Can I Expect It?

The designer is not responsible for items not arriving on time once the item has been shipped. All responsibility is that of the carriers. Please be aware of this if you are International. Be courteous to give the designer enough time to make your order and ship it if you need it by a specified date. Carriers used are USPS and UPS. All domestic orders take between 2-5 days standard. Only contact the designer about item after the max days have passed.

Your address will always be confirmed by the designer prior to shipping UNLESS there is a short window between shipping and deadline delivery (the case of rushed orders) in which there may be no time for confirmation. In this case, the address that you submit during your invoice payment is the address that will be used. Please make sure this is correct. Failed delivery due to incorrect address is no fault of the designer.

Is There Anything Else I Should Know?

-At most cases you will be notified when your order has been started. If you have received no notification that means your order has not been picked up.

-Lying about orders and entitled behavior will get you blacklisted and blocked. All e-mail correspondence and submissions are saved so don't do it.

-Please practice patience and be courteous as some orders are larger than others. Emails will only be answered on business days and may take up anywhere between 2-6 business days to be returned.

-I reserve the right to use any pictures of the client in the gear I have created for promotional and portfolio purposes.

-Please do not send repeat emails/email or contact the designer on multiple social platforms saying “you have not heard from the designer”. At times, the designer may have assistance answering emails during influx periods.

-Communication is only at the time of ordering, when item has been shipped out and if there is a question that needs to be clarified about your order.

-The Order Gear/Get A Quote page is often updated with important notifications.

-Any orders or inquiries placed via the Contact Form will be ignored.
